We refer to all of these people as "you" or "user."
Cognio runs a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) — a system that helps Customers serve ads. We use real-time bidding (RTB) so ads can be personalized. Because of this setup, we don't directly interact with people who visit our Customers' websites or use their apps. Our main role is to use the information we receive to help advertisers bid for ad placements in real time. The data we collect includes what you provide to our Customers and certain information about your devices.
Personal data is any information that can identify you. We collect some data from you and your End Users because we're legally required to, or because we have an agreement with you. If you don't provide this data, it may affect our ability to fulfil those agreements.
This section explains the cookies we use on our website (https://www.thecognio.com) and related pages, and why. You can change your settings at any time, but blocking cookies may affect some features.
